Cancellation Policy
cancellation & rescheduling policy:
kindly, any changes to your appointment- whether cancelling or rescheduling, are to be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. anything less than 48 hours is subject to being charged 40% of the total service cost. you're able to reschedule once with your original deposit- after that, a new appointment + deposit is required. no shows & cancellations made less than 12 hours from appointment timeframe will be charged the full service fee. if arriving more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is considered cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation fee.
REMAINING TOTAL IS TO BE PAID CASH ONLY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CASH A $3.50 SERVICE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL ELECTRONIC PAYMENT METHODS.
